Frequently Asked Questions
Which coaching session should I choose?
Choose the 30-minute focused session ($120) when you have one specific concern, decision, or conversation you want help approaching. It ends at 30 minutes, and the full fee applies even if you finish earlier.
Choose the 45-minute session ($180) when you need room to explain what’s happening, explore a recurring pattern, or work through concerns that need more context.
Both options can focus on individual life coaching, personal energy healing, or a combination. Energy-healing work requires participation in guided meditation and visualization.
If you’re unsure, start with a free Meet & Greet. We can discuss what you’re looking for and which appointment fits.
What happens during the free Meet & Greet?
This is a 15-minute introductory conversation where you can tell me what brings you here, ask about my approach, and see whether you feel comfortable working with me.
You don’t need to tell your whole story or arrive knowing which service to choose. We’ll discuss your needs and a possible next step.
The Meet & Greet does not include coaching, energy healing, readings, or a property evaluation. Those require a separate appointment.
Do I need to be Jewish or religious? Is Torah included in every session?
No. I work with Jewish and non-Jewish clients, religious and nonreligious.
My relationship with Hashem is central to my life and spiritual practice. For clients who welcome Torah-informed coaching, I bring Jewish teachings into our conversations where they connect with what we’re working on.
If you prefer contemporary coaching language and practical tools, we use that approach. You can tell me what you’re comfortable with, and we discuss it together. Personal energy healing remains rooted in my spiritual practice, which I explain before we begin.
Are sessions remote or in person?
Life coaching and personal energy-healing sessions are primarily offered remotely.
If you’re in the Los Angeles area and prefer to meet in person, email me before booking. Availability depends on your location and the appointment, and a separate travel fee is confirmed in advance.
Property evaluations and clearing services are generally offered remotely. In-person work may be available for local properties, depending on the location and the nature and severity of the concerns. Email me to discuss your property so I can assess whether an in-person visit is appropriate and explain any applicable fees before you commit.
How does couples coaching begin?
You each deserve room to explain what’s happening without having to compete to be heard. That’s why I begin with separately booked individual sessions for each partner.
We explore your concerns, what you wish your partner understood, and what you want to change. I look for shared concerns, differences in perspective, and patterns that may be contributing to the conflict.
Once we agree you’re ready, we meet together to work on communication, understanding each other’s needs, and practical issues such as parenting and shared responsibilities.
The initial individual appointments are charged separately at the regular individual session rates. Joint couples sessions are 60 minutes and cost $250 total for both partners. They are arranged with me after the individual sessions.
If you’re in the Los Angeles area, individual and joint couples sessions may be held in person by arrangement, depending on location and availability. A separate travel fee applies and is confirmed before booking. Email me to arrange an in-person appointment.
Do I need to know how to meditate for an energy-healing session?
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to do, but you do need to be willing and able to participate in guided meditation and visualization. Both are central to how I conduct personal energy-healing sessions.
I guide the process, and you have room to ask questions, express discomfort, or pause. If you’re unsure whether you can participate, we can discuss it during the free Meet & Greet before you book.
If meditation or visualization isn’t comfortable or accessible for you, we can work through conversation and practical life coaching instead.
Do I need to buy crystals?
Not for every session. If we agree to include crystal work that requires you to use specific crystals yourself, you’ll need to have those available. You can use suitable crystals you already own or purchase the ones needed.
I’ll explain which crystals are required and why before we begin that work, so you can consider the additional cost. You do not have to buy them from me.
For sessions where I use crystals only on my end, you won’t need your own.
What if I can’t afford the regular session price?
You’re welcome to ask privately. Limited hardship appointments may be available for individual and couples coaching, subject to my approval and availability.
Please email me before booking. If approved, the arrangement covers three appointments within 90 days of approval, shared across eligible session types. Continuation can be reviewed afterward.
Property evaluations have a separate two-payment option, and custom payment arrangements for deeper clearing may be discussed before proceeding.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans can change. Please email me as soon as you know you need to make a change.
- At least 48 hours before your appointment: you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule without an additional fee.
- 24 hours to less than 48 hours before: no refund is available, but you may reschedule without an additional fee.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a missed appointment: your payment is forfeited unless I choose to allow an exception.
Notice is measured from when your email is received to the scheduled appointment start time. You do not need to wait for my reply for your notice to count.
How long do I have to use a rescheduled appointment?
Your rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original appointment date. After that, a new appointment requires a new fee.
If my availability prevents us from finding a suitable appointment within those 30 days, I’ll extend the deadline.
What happens if you cancel my appointment?
If I cancel, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling without an additional fee.
If you choose to reschedule and my availability prevents the session from taking place within the usual 30-day window, I’ll extend that deadline.
What does a property evaluation include?
We begin with what you’ve experienced and what concerns you about the property. I research its history and conduct an intuitive assessment, explaining what I perceive as spiritual interpretations.
The $500 remote evaluation includes limited energy clearing where appropriate, a written report, and a phone review to discuss my findings and recommendations.
Limited clearing may address what I perceive as lightly accumulated energy or passing spiritual presences. More extensive work involving perceived portals, vortexes, heavily saturated spaces, stuck spirits, or nonhuman presences requires a separate clearing and an approved quote.
An evaluation does not commit you to further work. You have room to ask questions and consider the recommendations before deciding.
Can I split the property evaluation payment?
Yes. You may pay $500 in full or through two monthly payments of $250.
Evaluation work may begin after the first payment clears. Your written report and phone review are provided after the second payment clears.
The written report is delivered within two business days after both the evaluation is complete and full payment has cleared, whichever happens later. We then arrange the phone review.
What photos do I need to provide for a remote property evaluation?
I need a complete photographic view of the property—not just the areas where you’ve noticed something concerning. Please send still photographs, not videos.
For every room, take one photograph from each corner, facing into the room. Together, the photos should provide a full 360-degree view. Include additional photographs wherever part of the space is hidden from view.
Please include:
- All living spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, every bedroom—including guest bedrooms—and any office or additional room.
- Utility and connecting spaces: bathrooms, laundry room, hallways, and stairways.
- Storage spaces: inside every closet, linen closet, pantry, and other storage area.
- Additional areas: basement, attic, and garage, where safely accessible.
- The exterior: the front of the house and front lawn, both sides of the house, the back of the house, and the backyard.
Make sure the photographs are clear and well lit. Photograph only areas you can safely access; let me know if any space cannot be photographed. Avoid including people or readable personal documents.
If you decide to proceed with a deeper clearing, I use the same photographs. Let me know if the property changes afterward so we can discuss whether updated images are needed.
Email me before sending your photographs so I can explain how to submit the complete set.
What if my property needs a deeper clearing?
You’ll know what I’m recommending and what it will cost before you decide.
If my evaluation leads me to recommend more extensive spiritual work, I explain my findings, the proposed scope, and what falls outside the evaluation’s limited clearing.
Deeper clearing is quoted individually according to the property and the work involved. There is no single fixed price. Custom payment arrangements may be available by agreement.
I use the photographs you supplied for the evaluation unless changes to the property make updated images necessary.
You are free to consider the recommendation and ask questions. An evaluation does not obligate you to purchase a deeper clearing.
How is life coaching different from therapy?
You may need room to understand what hurts—and practical help deciding what to do next. Coaching and therapy can both involve meaningful conversations, but they have different roles.
In my life-coaching sessions, we focus on your goals, choices, relationships, and everyday responses. We explore patterns and practice tools for communicating, setting boundaries, making decisions, and following through.
Licensed mental-health professionals can assess and treat mental-health conditions. My coaching and spiritual energy work do not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, or mental-health treatment. Coaching can complement therapy; you do not need to stop seeing a therapist to work with me.
My own experience of finding useful tools through coaching shaped my approach. Your needs may be different. If what you’re seeking falls outside my scope, I’ll say so rather than offer a service that doesn’t fit.
Who do you work with? Do you offer coaching for teenagers?
I work with men and women, individuals and couples, Jewish and non-Jewish clients, and people who are religious or nonreligious. You may be single, married, divorced, widowed, parenting, or navigating a personal transition.
You don’t need a particular background—or a neatly defined problem—to begin. We discuss what you’re facing, what you want help with, and whether my approach fits your needs.
I also offer coaching for teenagers ages 13–17, subject to an initial fit discussion, parent or legal guardian consent, and the teenager’s willingness to participate. Before sessions begin, we agree on parent involvement and explain privacy boundaries and their limits.
Teen coaching focuses on practical goals such as communication, confidence, boundaries, and everyday decisions. It does not replace mental-health assessment or treatment.
